About Social Enterprises Centre

In order to schedule a training / workshop / event related to social entrepreneurship, it is necessary to send an e-mail from the official e-mail address of the association / institution that submits the request, to the official contact e-mail of the Centre: centarsp@mtsp.gov.mk

The request should contain the following data:

• A brief description of the activity and activities of the association;
• A brief description of the event that would like to take place in the premises of the Centre, and how it is related to social entrepreneurship;
• Proposed date and duration of the event (with specified start and end of the event);
• Number of participants who will attend the event.

Once the request has been sent, and it will be considered whether it meets the necessary conditions, a return email will be sent whether the request has been approved or rejected.

It is desirable to send the request 7-10 days before the event, in order to timely make the necessary adjustments in the schedule of the Centre and the availability of the premises.

An informative meeting with one of the consultants can be scheduled in the same way. Regarding the type of consulting services offered, you schedule a consultation for business planning, fundraising, grant application, etc.

There are two rooms available for events and trainings:

• Large training room with a capacity of up to 30 people;
  A smaller entrance room with an amphitheatre with a capacity of up to 20 people

The rooms are equipped with tables and chairs and technical equipment (TV, projector, speakers, microphones and HDM cables) and wi-fi internet. The guests are obliged to keep the equipment given to them on loan during the event and to leave the space as it was in its original condition, as well as to comply with all Covid protocols for closed events.

There are also three exhibition stands available that can be used for the purposes of the event e.g. for promotional products, such as information desks, etc. Additionally, the small plateau just before the entrance of the Centre can also be used.

Guests can use the toilets, one of which is for the disabled. A wheelchair ramp is located in front of the entrance of the Center. Drinks, food and utensils to use during the event are provided by the guests themselves.
