Mentorship support was one of the foreseen capacity building activities aimed for enhancing capacities of the social enterprises. During March and April 2022, in total 26 organizations from various regions of the country and various areas of work were supported by mentors for different aspects of their business such as: fund raising, business development, sales techniques, social business model development and similar.
Olga Rajcic, CEO and co-owner of Challenger and one of the mentees: “One of the best ways to improve yourself and your business is to have a mentor who will give you tips & tricks to overcome some of your obstacles. This mentorship has helped our company in many aspects such as sales, product improvement and market strategy. I am grateful to have worked closely with a mentor who is an entrepreneur himself, because he understood us as no one else has before! In just short period of time I have learned a lot, and we got three new clients on board. Cannot be more thankful for this mentorship experience (smiley)”
Jovan Staleski, mentor of “O2 Mr kafe Bar”: “Martin and Radmila want to expand their coffee making business by producing and delivering pizza. By mentoring Martin and Radmila, I got awareness of how big can be someone’s will to succeed for the sake of themselves, but also for the sake of the deaf community. And I got proof that every human has the potential to establish their desires and longings into something concrete, beautiful and sustainable. And that is their social mission – to succeed first for themself and to be able to share the knowhow and inspiration to other disadvantaged youth in Macedonia.”
